Payment Information:

All session fees will be charged at the time of the portrait session.  Each session is at the location of your choice.  And, because of our belief in capturing you and your family at their best, we do not limit the time for the portrait session, or the number of outfits you may have, unless we have advised you ahead of time of the limits.

If you would like a spiral bound proof book of your images, a $100.00 deposit will need to be made at the time of the portrait session.  The full amount of the deposit will be applied to your print order, and you get to keep the proof book.

At the time of the print order, half of the total amount due will need to be paid in advance minus any deposits that may have been made.  The remaining balance will be due at the time of delivery of the portraits.  Delivery of all products and print orders will be 3 to 4 weeks after the session.

If an order is placed through any of our websites a payment for the order must be made in advance for the whole order.  If you have any concerns regarding our website orders, please contact us.

All images will be posted online for viewing by you and your family with in one week of the portrait session.  The images will stay online for 90 days for viewing, and we store them for 12 months from the day of your portrait session.  Each portrait session online is password protected, for your security, and the password will be given to you at the time of your session.

Additional Information for BabiesNBellies:

The Baby Shower fee is due at the time of the booking of the date for the baby shower in order to reserve that day.

The full balance for the Baby Club or Look at Me Grow Club must be paid prior to the first session.  If you would like to extend the sessions for either club to carry through additional years of your baby's life, please let us know at the time of the payment.  At each session, we will schedule the next appointment.  If you are unable to make the appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the session, and we will reschedule for the same month.

Additional Information for Weddings:

Half of the wedding package price is due as a retainer fee at the time of the booking of the wedding to hold the date.

The remaining balance must be paid two weeks prior to the day of your wedding.

In the event of a change of wedding date, all efforts will be made to accommodate the new date. In the event of a cancellation of the wedding or the new date not available, all money paid to hold the date is non-refundable.
